Biography

Naydal (Nadezhda Nyupenko) Born in 1981 in Ulan-Ude. Lives and works in the Republic of Buryatia. Interdisciplinary artist. Began her path in 2022 with painting and textile, and since 2023 has been developing an authorial practice in the field of contemporary art, expanding her media toward spatial objects and ceramics. Since 2024, she has been exploring traditional Mongolian vertical script, integrating it into her conceptual projects. In 2023–2025, studied in the program 'Professional Introduction to the Theory and Practice of Contemporary Art' (program director and mentor M. Khiltunen). Professional memberships: — Association of Mongolian Script, Calligraphy, and Traditional Buryat Painting 'Titem'; — Professional Union of Artists of Russia; — Eurasian Union of Artists. Works are held in private collections in Russia and China.
